Returns Policy

We consider you as our collaborators in a journey towards a sustainable future. Needless to say, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Eligibility for return of product(s)

While we undertake meticulous care to ensure the best quality of products, in the unlikely event of delivery of product with any of the following issues, we are here to help:

  1. Different product(s) from what the consumer had ordered for
  2. Different size or colour of the product(s) from what the consumer had ordered for
  3. Manufacturing defects

Note: Every product in our current collection has a body-fit design and hence, for reasons of hygiene, return of product on account of wrong judgment of size by the consumer is NOT possible. Hence, we advise you to follow the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Conditions to be met by the consumer

  1. Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Product(s) should be in unused and unwashed condition which is fit for resale.
  3. There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s), caused by the consumer
  4. All tags should be intact and the original packaging should be retained for sending along with the product(s) back to us
  5. Original invoice should be returned with the product(s)
  6. The product(s) should reach us in saleable condition

Procedure for return of product(s)

  1. Click a photograph of the delivered product(s) and send it to us along with an email stating the issue in detail
  2. On receipt of your email, we will contact you within one business day to make a fair assessment of the issue and to guide you through the process
    Depending on the situation, we might either agree to an exchange of the product(s) or a refund
  3. Note: kindly DO NOT return any product(s), before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any exchange, credit or refund.
  4. We will provide Reverse Shipping for free, depending on your area or PIN Code. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible, you are requested to return the product(s) by courier in original packaging, to Itisu and the cost for the same up to a maximum of INR 100 will be borne by us.
  5. Upon arrival of the returned product(s) at Itisu, an inspection of the product(s) will be conducted against the claim of the consumer and the process of exchange or refund will be initiated. If upon inspection, if it is found that the defect is on account of the actions of the consumer, the consumer will not be entitled to any exchange or refund and the returned product(s) will be sent back to the consumer.
  6. Note: In any case, our liability is limited to exchange or refund of the amount at which the product(s) was sold to the consumer.
