Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Area and Charges

We currently ship Products only to addresses within India subject to availability of service at the specific PIN codes from our delivery/courier agents. We charge a flat shipping fee of INR 100 per order up to 1 kg of products.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 working days; express or premium shipping options may be available at additional cost – for which, you may contact our customer support. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

You may track your order status using the tracking number provided after your order is shipped.

4. Failed/Non-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the Product(s), we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge you for delivery cost or charge you for re-delivery costs.
